The Hormonal IUS Access Group is a global consortium of governments, donors, researchers, manufacturers, procurement agencies, and service delivery groups that are collaborating to expand access to the hormonal intrauterine system (IUS)—also known as the levonorgestrel-releasing IUS—in low- and middle-income countries. Donors supporting this global coordination effort include the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), the Department for International Development (DFID) in the U.K., and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
This portal is designed to be a one-stop shop for groups to share the latest research results, service delivery tools, and guidelines for global- and country-level stakeholders.
